Women who travel or would like to travel very often and at the same time work, lose time to organize the trip, do not feel safe traveling alone, and do not find a comfortable place to do so.
We started with strategy and defined what was the problem: People who travel very often lose a lot of time to manage and organize their trips: accommodation, flights, and transportation.
BREAKDOWN OF THE PROBLEM
🔍 What & Why
Frustration: Can't find suitable accommodations that match their preferences and needs due to limited options, lack of transparency, or difficulty finding desired locations.
Fatigue: From constantly planning trips, managing logistics, and seeking safe and comfortable accommodations.
Little Desire to Organize Trips: Some users may lack the motivation or time to constantly plan and manage their travel arrangements.
Isolation and Lack of Community: Nomad living can cause feelings of isolation, especially for solo travelers, who may struggle to connect with like-minded individuals and build a sense of community.

SWOT RESULTS
🦾 Strengths
We can create a community of women in the digital world and in the technology sector, which is still a taboo sector for women.
There are no apps focused on a gender niche market as big as Airbnb or booking.
We can be leaders in unifying the big apps into one and make it easier for the user.
🤧 Weaknesses
Nobody knows us and it can generate a lot of distrust at the time of payment.
We do not have a large community or niche like the rest of the platforms.
There are already quite a few travel platforms and they are basically led by the best known ones.
🤞 Opportunities
The technology sector is growing rapidly and there are more offers for telecommuting
More and more women are interested in the tech sector and there is a rush of digital nomadism as a lifestyle.
Sisterhood, feminism, and social media have driven freedom in many areas such as traveling alone around the world.
👾 Threats
The macroeconomic situation in the coming years.
Crisis and lack of investment by start-ups.
More and more hybrid positions are being generated after the pandemic and not so much 100% remote offers.
We decided create a platform focused on mobile and especially for IOS since we understand that our users use more this type of device and operating system.
